Prof Tolić and PhD students Valentina Štimac and Patrik Risteski attended this year’s EMBO Workshop | Dynamic kinetochore, held from 28 June to 01 July in Oslo, Norway.
As an invited speaker, Iva gave a talk titled “Three things that matter in mitosis: location, location, location”, while Valentina and Patrik presented their posters on microtubule pivoting and kinetochore centering, respectively.
It was so exciting to hear about all new data, to finally have an in-person meeting and network with all the wonderful people from the field. Also, some new collaborations are happening soon! We had a blast!
