Based on the Multilateral Lead Agency agreement and the bilateral agreement on cooperation between the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and the Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ), HRZZ announced a call for funding the Croatian part of the Swiss-Croatian research projects (IPCH-2022-10) in June 2022. Our CentroPol project proposal ranked among the top 20% of the evaluated projects by SNSF and, according to the decisions of the respective agencies, it has been accepted for funding. The project entitled How centrosome age affects the formation, resolution, and fate of polar chromosomes – CentroPol” will be conducted in collaboration with Professor Patrick Meraldi from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
